Terms
Terms of service
Last updated September 12, 2026 · Operator: PainRadar Research
1. Agreement
By using PainRadar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by PainRadar Research.
2. What the service is
PainRadar publishes a daily batch of business ideas derived from public posts, plus a paid archive with deeper analysis. Free readers receive the newest ideas and specifically flagged high-scoring ideas. Subscribers receive the full archive.
3. Not advice
Everything published is research and opinion. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a guarantee that any idea will work, be lawful in your jurisdiction, or be free of third-party rights. Opportunity scores are editorial judgements. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for validating anything before you act on it.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- — Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
- — Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no renewal.
- — You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked from your account page. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- — Because the product is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for partial periods. If something is broken, contact us and we will make it right.
- — We may change list prices in future. A price change never affects an existing renewal until we notify you and you continue. Lifetime access is never repriced.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- — Share your sign-in link or account access with others.
- — Bulk-scrape, mirror or systematically republish paid analysis.
- — Resell or redistribute the archive, or use it to train a competing product, without written permission.
- — Attempt to bypass entitlement checks or access controls.
- — Use the service to harass, dox or target anyone.
6. Content and licensing
The analysis, scoring and written copy on this site are PainRadar Research’s work and are for your own internal use. Free-tier content may be quoted with clear attribution and a link to the canonical URL. Paid content may not be republished. Machine-readable indexes at /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /feed.xml and /feed.json are provided for indexing and citation; this does not grant a licence to redistribute paid analysis.
7. Third-party content
Source posts originate from third-party platforms. PainRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. or any other platform. Ideas link to original threads so you can verify them yourself.
8. Availability
We aim to publish daily but do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access or a fixed number of ideas per day. Features may change or be withdrawn.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PainRadar Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from any decision made on the basis of its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for attempts to bypass access controls. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel from the billing portal.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
